At Garage Renovators we are partnered with Sherwin WIlliams. What that means is we use all of their products along with their certified installation process which allows us to offer backing behind all of our flooring products.
The Garage Renovators installation process is as follows

We grind and prep the surface using commercial grade equipment designed for concrete prep.

We patch and fill in wear and tear or cracks in the surface of the concrete.

We apply a moisture vapor barrier which seals the concrete and prevents any peeling or chipping of our final product

Application of our base coat of Multi Purpose Epoxy along with the decorative flake broadcast. Or just the colored base coat of MPE if doing metalic.

We scrape the flake to make sure there is an even coverage and apply a second coating of Multi Purpose Epoxy to seal in all of the flake. If doing metalic now is when we would apply and design the different pigmented colors.

We finally seal the floor with an Ultra Violet Epoxy top coat to give it the final coat of strength and protection needed to last a life time!
